Sending illegal, dangerous, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden, and the sender is responsible
Getting a written receipt or delivery document is recommended for both parties
Checking the package contents in the presence of both parties before delivery is essential

3. Platform Liability Limits

BAGGOIT has no responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries, or for any dispute between users. All agreements and transactions are made directly between the sender and traveler.

4. Privacy

Your personal information is protected and only used to provide the service. We never share your information with third parties without your permission.
